Event Registration Terms and Conditions (2025)

This Agreement is between SatNews, doing business as Silicon Valley Space Week, Satellite Innovation, and MilSat Symposium (“Event Host”) and you (“Event Participant”).

Agreement

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you understand that you are registering to attend an event managed by the Event Host. All fees associated with your participation are payable in full in accordance with the Event Host’s payment terms. You may register on behalf of others; however, you are financially responsible for all associated fees for every participant you register.

Registration Confirmation

Upon completing your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address. Please review it carefully. If there are any errors, contact the Event Host within 24 hours at [email protected] or (707) 939-9306 to correct or cancel your registration. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.

Registration Payment Terms

All registration fees and optional items must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payment is required prior to the start of the event to ensure admission, unless alternate arrangements have been made.

Discounts

All discounts are subject to verification and approval. Discounts may not be combined.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are fully refundable if made before August 1, 2025, or within 24 hours of registration. Cancellations made on or after August 1, 2025 are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method or account holder (individual, organization, or institution). If your registration was made more than 90 days prior to cancellation, we will confirm your current mailing address before issuing a refund check.

Provisions
1. Communications from us will generally be made via email or phone. You agree that these forms of communication are contractually binding in the same way as signed, mailed documents.
2. In the event of a dispute arising from these terms, you agree to attempt resolution through good faith mediation before pursuing arbitration or litigation.
3. We are not liable for any breach caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
4. By ticking “I agree” and selecting Finish during registration, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions.
