This Agreement is between SatNews Publishers DBA SmallSat Symposium and you (“Event Participant”).

Agreement

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you understand that you are registering to attend an event managed by SmallSat Symposium, and that all fees associated with your participation are payable in full in accordance with SmallSat Symposium’s payment terms.
You may register on behalf of others; however, you are deemed liable for all associated fees for every participant you register.

Registration Confirmation

Upon completion of your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. Please review your registration carefully.
If an error has been made, contact SmallSat Symposium within 24 hours via email ([email protected]) or by phone at (707) 939-9306 to withdraw or amend your registration.
If you do not contact SmallSat Symposium within 24 hours, the registration cancellation policy will apply.

Registration Payment Terms

Payment of your registration fee and any optional items is due upon completion of your registration.
All fees must be paid prior to the commencement of the event to ensure admission, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Discounts

Discounts are subject to verification and approval.
Discounts cannot be combined.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are fully refundable if made prior to December 19, 2025, or within 24 hours of registration.
Reservations canceled on or after December 19, 2025, are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only to the credit card or bank account of the individual, organization, or institution from which the payment was received.
For registrations made more than 120 days before the date of cancellation, you will be contacted to confirm your current mailing address, and a refund check will be mailed to you.

Provisions
1. When we communicate with you, we will generally do so by email or phone. You agree that email and phone communications are contractually binding in the same way as properly signed and dated documentation sent by mail.
2. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or any contract between you and us, you agree to attempt to settle the dispute by engaging in good faith in a process of mediation before commencing arbitration or litigation.
3. We are not liable for any breach of our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
4. You are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions when you proceed with the registration process by ticking “I agree” and selecting Finish.
